Owing to the rigidity and mass of building structure larger,traditional solution of the Riccati equation may frequently produce calculating overflow and fail in computer.Consequently,this paper improves the traditional solution of the Riccati equation,and controls the calculating error.The result seems to indicate that the method of this paper may be more practical.
