随着国内各地城市轨道交通(以下简称“城轨”)建设和运营规模的快速发展,作为提升企业核心竞争力的关键要素,知识管理的重要性愈加凸显。以广州地铁在知识管理方面的思考与初步实践为例,通过分析国内城轨企业知识管理现状,剖析知识管理存在的问题。论证开展知识管理的必要性和可行性,提炼知识管理总体思路与实施策略,总结初具系统性的知识管理实践及取得的初步成效,并展望未来城轨知识管理的应用场景,供城轨同行参考。通过推进知识管理,广州地铁员工对知识管理的认知度、参与度与贡献度得以明显提升,广州地铁向广大员工提供了管理标准、科研成果、乘客服务、新员工学习、员工服务、档案等知识专题服务,并将知识融入企业创新进程中。

With the rapid development of the construction and operation scale of urban rail transit (hereinafter referred to as “urban rail”), the importance of knowledge management has become increasingly prominent as a key element to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. For example, at the Guangzhou Metro, the thinking and preliminary practice with respect to knowledge management analyzes the current situation in domestic urban rail transit enterprises, the existing problems, demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of implementation, refines the general thinking and implementation strategies, summarizes the initial systematic practice and the initial results achieved, and looks forward to the future application in urban rail transit enterprises, which can be used as a reference for other urban rail colleagues. Through the implementation of knowledge management at the Guangzhou Metro, the improved awareness, participation, and contributions have significantly enhanced this practice It has provided staff with management standards, scientific research achievements, passenger services, new staff learning, staff services, archives and other knowledge thematic services, and integrated knowledge into the process of enterprise innovation.
