    摘要:

    充泥管袋筑堤技术因施工简单、造价低、速度快等特点,在上海海塘建设中得到广泛应用,施工工艺以传统充灌施工为主,干法施工应用不多。干法施工技术具有无需设置泥库、占地少、影响小等优点,应用前景广阔。本文结合上海浦东三甲港水闸南侧海塘达标工程,对堤身填筑中使用的充泥管袋干法施工的原理、方法、质量控制、优势、限制条件等方面技术要点进行了系统地归纳总结,可为类似项目的设计与施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Due to the characteristics of using local materials, low cost and fast construction speed, the mud-filled tube bag dike construction technology has been widely used in the construction of seawall dike projects in Shanghai and the other coastal areas. At present, the construction technology of mud-filled tube bag is mainly the traditional filling construction, and the dry construction method is rarely used. The dry construction technology has the advantages of no need to set up the mud silo, less land occupation, less influence and so on, and has the broad application prospects. Taking the seawall up-to-standard project at the south side of the sluice of Sanjia Port in Pudong of Shanghai as an example, the different construction technologies and technical requirements of mud-filled tube bags are introduced, and the technical essentials of dry construction technology are specially introduced, which provide a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
