      在钻碰事故中,有效碰撞速度,也称为等效固定壁障碰撞速度的计算方法不同于非钻碰式追尾碰撞。通过实际案例提出用于钻碰事故中有效碰撞速度的计算方法,快速准确地解决实际问题。根据钻碰的形态及特点,可采用类比法与能量网格法相结合或读取EDR 的方法获得有效碰撞速度和碰撞瞬间速度。计算得出的鉴定结论与事实基本一致,可以作为划分责任的重要科学依据。计算方法的精度不仅需要大量的碰撞试验数据支持,也需要司法鉴定人员不断拓展专业知识,这样才能更好地运用于司法实践。
英文摘要:
      In the drill-type rear-end collisions,the method applied to calculate the effective collision speed,also known as the equivalent fixed barrier collision speed,is different in the non-drill type collisions. The paper proposed a method to evaluate the effective collision speed in the drill-type collisions based on the realworld car accidents. According to the shape and characteristics of the drilling,the effective collision speed and the collision instantaneous speed could be obtained by combining the analogy method with the energy grid method or the EDR-reading method. The identification conclusions obtained by the proposed method are basically consistent with the facts and serve as an important scientific basis for dividing responsibilities. The accuracy of the results and its better application in the judicial practice not only depend on a large amount of collision test data,but also require the judicial officers to continuously expand their professional knowledge.
