在轨道交通车辆段、停车场大跨度库房结构设计中,综合其功能、造价、工期等因素,常采用钢结构门式刚架。传统的门式刚架结构的梁、柱采用平腹板H型钢,波浪腹板钢构件是以波浪形腹板代替平腹板,较平腹板工字形截面具有承载效率高、节能、节材、绿色环保的优势。依托郑州市轨道交通3号线车辆段、停车场项目,探讨波浪腹板门式刚架钢结构的受力特点、结构计算、节点设计和经济性,力求在保证结构安全及使用功能的前提下,降低结构用钢量,做到节能、节材、绿色环保。

In the structural design of large-span warehouses for rail transit depots, factors such as functionality, costs, and construction period need to be considered. In this respect, gabled frames are often used. Beams and columns of traditional gabled frames flat web H-sections. When steel members replace their flat web H-sections with sinusoidal web sections, the advantages of a high load-carrying capacity, high energy efficiency, and reduced waste can be achieved. Based on a case study of the Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 3 depot, we discuss the mechanical characteristics, structural calculation, design of joints, and costs of sinusoidal web gabled frames. Under the prerequisite of structural safety and functionality, we should reduce the steel quantity and the construction should be energy efficient, material-saving, and “green.”
