针对超大规模线网下轨道交通电客车大架修运维成本管控难度大和车辆基地检修资源压力日益增大等问 题,以北京轨道交通为例,结合《智慧城轨发展纲要》中提出的智能运维手段及城轨行业车辆检修资源共享和维 保服务打包招标的发展趋势,从修程修制、资源共享和委托方式 3 个维度展开论证,经过问题梳理、广泛调研, 结合行业政策导向、技术发展趋势及车辆检修需求分析论证,针对城轨电客车运维提出基于智能运维、状态监测 以及可靠性、可用性、可维护性和安全性(reliability,availability,maintainability and safety,RAMS)模型进行全寿 命修程修制规划,基于检修资源共享建设企业级和路网级部件集中维修中心,基于购买整车维保服务探索与整车 厂检修能力整合的优化建议,为北京轨道交通电客车运维中的降本增效工作提供思路。

Focusing on the challenges of maintenance cost control and limited vehicle maintenance resources in large-scale urban rail transit networks, vehicle maintenance intervals, resource sharing, and commercial modes are discussed in the context of intelligent maintenance, maintenance resource sharing, packaging of vehicle bidding, and maintenance services, as showcased in a case study of Beijing rail transit. After research and analysis, three strategies were proposed: an entire life cycle repair strategy based on intelligent operation and maintenance, centralized maintenance of components based on resource sharing, and packaging of vehicle bidding and maintenance services.
