道床断面尺寸对道床横向阻力的影响

Effects of Ballast Bed Section Dimension on Its Lateral Resistance

  • 摘要: 为揭示道床横向阻力变化特征,采用离散元法,建立了高速铁路有砟道床-轨枕三维模型,研究了道床边坡坡度、顶面宽度、道床厚度和砟肩堆高等道床断面尺寸对其横向阻力的影响,分析了枕底、枕侧和砟肩阻力及其分担的横向阻力比例.结果表明:坡度为 1:1.50~1:1.85时,横向阻力为10.315~16.475 kN,坡度为 1:1.65及更缓能满足横向阻力超过12 kN/枕的要求.顶面宽度为3.0~3.8 m时,横向阻力为10.205~15.715 kN,顶面宽度为3.4 m及以上能满足横向阻力超过12 kN/枕的要求.随边坡变缓或顶面宽度增大,砟肩道砟增多,砟肩阻力显著增大.道床厚度为200~400 mm时,横向阻力为9.156~15.684 kN;横向推动轨枕时,道床从上向下分层拖动;随道床厚度增大,枕底阻力明显增大,道床厚度为300 mm及以上能满足横向阻力超过12 kN/枕的要求.砟肩堆高为0~180 mm时,砟肩阻力为2.010~5.203 kN,横向阻力为9.526~15.257 kN,砟肩堆高对砟肩阻力影响很大,堆高120 mm及以上能满足横向阻力超过12 kN/枕的要求.
