和谐型机车故障预测与健康管理系统总体设计

Overall design of fault prediction and health management system for harmonious-type locomotive

  • 摘要: 为推进和谐型机车周期性计划预防修向数字化精准维修转变、防范重大事故及故障发生,基于大数据和云平台等技术,采用视情维修的开放体系结构(OSA-CBM,Open System Architecture of Condition-Based Maintenance),设计和谐型机车故障预测与健康管理(PHM,fault Prediction and Health Management)系统,包括系统的总体架构、技术架构和功能架构。旨在掌握机车及重要零部件性能演化规律、保证机车在途运行安全、实现精准维修、降低全寿命周期运用维修成本。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the transition from periodic planned preventive maintenance of harmonious-type locomotives to digital precision maintenance, and prevent major accidents and failures, this paper, based on big data and cloud platform technology, adopted Open System Architecture of Condition-Based Maintenance, OSA-CBM), designed the fault Prediction and Health Management(PHM) system of harmonious-type locomotives, including the overall architecture, technical architecture, functional architecture. It aims to master the performance evolution rules of locomotives and important parts, ensure the safety of locomotives in transit, implement accurate maintenance, and reduce the operation and maintenance costs of the whole life cycle.
