Combined with the typical case of it Avenue underground comprehensive pipe gallery in the construction area of Chengdu pipe gallery, this paper put forward the calculation method of paid use fee applicable to Chengdu underground comprehensive pipe gallery, and constructed the charging model of pipeline companies corridor entry fee and daily maintenance fee. Based on this, the economic and social benefits between the integration of power cable into urban comprehensive pipe gallery and conventional pipeline laying lines were studied, and the influence law of power cable entering the gallery on the cost of pipeline companies in the whole life cycle was systematically analyzed, so as to provided a theoretical basis for the implementation of power cable entering the gallery charging policy in the future.
