城市近郊高速公路立交拓能改建方案研究——以西安绕城高速北客站立交工程为例

    摘要:

    城市新增交通集散功能需通过立交连接至外部高速公路来实现,而近城的绕城高速路段立交密度大,相邻立交净距小,往往难以具备新设立交出口的条件。为实现新增立交功能的需求,则考虑利用既有的立交进行改扩建,即在既有立体交叉互通上改建、增设满足扩容功能需求的匝道。本文对立交改扩建方案制定和成立的前提及主要考虑因素进行了研讨,详叙了具体设计流程及参考的规范条例,以期对今后类似建设条件下互通立交改扩建有所借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The new traffic distribution function of the city needs to be implemented by connecting the external expressway and the interchange. The high density of interchanges of the near-city ring expressway section and the small clear distance between the adjacent interchanges make it difficult to establish new interchanges. To meet the demands of the new interchange functions, reconstruction and expansion of existing interchanges is used. In other words, it can be carried out by converting the existing interchanges and adding ramps that meet the requirements of expansion functions. This paper discusses the precondition and primary considerations for the scheme formulation and establishment of the interchange conversion and expansion plan. We also describe the specific design process and the reference regulations in details. We expect this project can provide a useful reference for the interchange reconstruction and expansion under similar construction conditions in the future.
