乌鲁木齐是全国断裂带发育最典型的城市,其活动对地铁建设造成严重威胁,乌鲁木齐地铁建设的关键是如何妥善解决地铁隧道穿越断裂带的问题。以乌鲁木齐地铁1号线区间穿越八钢—石化断裂带为研究对象,结合西安地铁穿越地裂缝的防治经验,分析地裂缝与断裂带的成因,介绍乌鲁木齐地铁1号线穿越断裂带的结构、防水、限界、轨排、抗震等防治措施。依据乌鲁木齐地铁特殊变形缝施工中发现的问题,提出取消特殊变形缝外环“Ω”橡胶止水带的优化建议。

Urumqi is the most typical city in the development of fault zones in China. The fault zone activities pose a serious threat to subway constructions. The key to the construction of Urumqi subway is to properly solve the problem of a subway tunnel crossing the fault zone. Taking the section of Urumqi Metro Line 1 crossing the Bagang-to-Shihua fault zone as the research object, combined with the prevention experience of Xi’an Metro crossing a ground fissure, this study analyzed the causes of the ground fissure and the fault zone and introduced prevention and control measures for the structure, as well as waterproofing, building clearance, rail row, and earthquake resistance for the Urumqi Metro Line 1 crossing the fault zone. According to the problems found in the construction of special deformation joints in Urumqi Metro, canceling the outer ring of the special deformation joint “Ω” rubber waterstop is proposed for optimization.
