针对钒基选择性催化还原剂(Vanadium-Based Selective Catalytic Reduction,V-SCR)可挥发出有毒五氧化二钒(V2O5)气体的特点,对4个不同厂家的V-SCR样品,进行了不同温度和时长下的V2O5挥发速率的测试,对钒挥发的起始条件影响因素、V2O5挥发速率与老化温度、老化时间和老化热当量之间的关系进行了分析,同时考察了氨逃逸催化器(Ammonia Slip Catalyst,ASC)对钒挥发物的吸附拦截效果,分析了由钒挥发问题引发的 V-SCR 应用于重型柴油车(Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles,HDDV)的安全可行性。研究结果表明,温度是触发 V-SCR 钒挥发活动开始的最核心因素。 |

Since the toxic vanadium pentoxide(V2O5) could be released from the vanadium-based selective catalyst reduction(V-SCR),the V2O5 volatilization rate of four V-SCR samples from different manufacturers were tested at different temperatures with varying duration. The influential factors of V-SCR volatilization and the relationship between the V 2 O 5 volatilization rate and aging temperature,aging time and heat equivalent were analyzed respectively. Besides,the adsorption ability of ammonia slip catalyst(ASC) for vanadium volatiles was investigated,and the safety issues in V-SCR applications associated with the
vanadium volatilization was analyzed in heavy-duty diesel vehicles (HDDV) during different emission stages.The results show that temperature is the most important factor triggering the vanadium volatilization of V-SCR. |
