    摘要:

    为简化桥面板湿接缝现浇作业,提出一种环向钢筋互插带托板湿接缝。由于桥面板主要承受往复受车辆荷载,以试验方法对该湿接缝的疲劳性能进行研究,在疲劳试验各主要时刻停机进行了静载试验研究。试验发现,疲劳加载过程中构件的刚度基本未发生变化,且未产生明显裂缝;对比疲劳试验过程中的静载试验结果,发现构件的刚度并未发生明显变化;疲劳加载后进行的静载试验与对照组试验相比,均在湿接缝与预制桥面板之间的交界面处反生破坏,且构件的强度并未发生明显的变化。

    Abstract:

    In order to simplify the wet joint cast-in-place construction of bridge deck, a kind of ring rebar mutual-inserted supporting plate for wet joint is proposed. Due to the bridge deck mainly bearing the reciprocating vehicle loads, the fatigue behavior of this wet joint is studied by the experiment method. The static experimental study is carried out at the stop of the main time of fatigue experiment. The experiment shows that the rigidity of the members is basically unchanged without the obvious cracks in the process of fatigue loading. The comparison of static experimental results in the fatigue experiment shows that the rigidity of the members is not obviously changed. The comparison of the static experiment after fatigue loading and the matched group test shows that the damage occurs at the interface between the wet joint and the prefabricated bridge deck, and the rigidity of the members is not obviously changed.
