Abstract:Based on the physical characteristics of single point cabin thin-walled cylinder structure of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO), the different lifting schemes are designed from the perspective of force analysis, and the finite element method is used to verify and analyze them. Centered on meeting the requirements of construction accuracy, the calculation results of multiple schemes are compared, and the appropriate lifting scheme is selected to achieve the success in engineering practice. The results can be used to provide reference for other similar projects.
