间断级配橡胶沥青混合料的性能研究

摘    要:采用矿料主骨料空隙体积填充法对沥青混合料间断级配进行了设计,并采用橡胶沥青拌制了间断级配橡胶沥青混合料。通过室内试验分别测定了间断级配和密级配混合料的动稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、残留稳定度比和低温破坏应变,对间断级配橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能进行了分析;通过四点加载试验对混合料的疲劳性能进行了试验,对间断级配橡胶沥青混合料的疲劳性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:设计的间断级配沥青混合料具有更好的低温性能和抗疲劳性能,且高温性能和水稳定性能也优于密级配混合料。

Research on Performance of Gap Grading Rubber Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:The gap gradingof rubber asphalt mixture is designed by mineral aggregatevoid volume filling method, and the gap grading rubber asphalt mixture is mixed from rubber asphalt. The dynamic stability, frozen-thaw and split residual strength ratio, residual stability ratio, and low temperature failure strain were determined for gap grading and dense-grading mixture, and road performance is analyzed for thegap grading rubber asphalt mixture. Besides, fatigue performance was tested for the mixture by four-point loading test to analyze the fatigue performance of the gap grading rubber asphalt mixture. The results show that the designed gap grading rubber asphalt mixture has a better low temperature performance, anti-fatigue property, high temperature stability and water stability than the dense-grading mixture.
