防水失效的盾构隧道管片环收敛变形控制标准研究

摘    要:盾构隧道日常健康监测中,弹性橡胶密封垫工作性态难以直接快速评估,针对该问题,提出以隧道收敛变形为监测指标,采用数值模拟方法计算得到防水标准条件下的弹性密封垫极限松弛量,并结合接头刚度的迭代算法由管片环梁-线性弹簧模型确定弹性橡胶密封垫极限松弛量对应的管片环收敛变形量。由考虑地层差异设置的5种工况计算结果认为:埋深土层土体特性差异对防水失效的上海地铁通缝拼装式盾构隧道管片环收敛变形量影响不大,其控制标准可定为管片环外径D的3.5‰。

Research on Control Criteria of Convergence and Deformation for the Waterproofing and Failed Shield Tunnel Segment Ring
Abstract:It is difficult to directly and quickly evaluate the operating conditions of elastic rubber gasket during routine monitoring of shield tunnel. Hence, it is proposed to calculate the limit slack of the elastic rubber gasket in waterproofing standard conditions by adopting numerical simulation method taking the tunnel convergence and deformation as the monitoring index and determine the convergence and deformation of segment ring corresponding to the limit slack of the elastic rubber gasket by segment ring beam-linear spring model combining with the iterative algorithm of connector rigidity. The results of the five operating conditions considering stratum difference show that the characteristic difference of buried soil has little influence on the convergence and deformation of the waterproofing and failed straight joint assembly shield tunnel segment ring of Shanghai Metro and its control criteria is 3.5 ‰ of the diameter of segment ring D.
