盾构隧道施工对既有铁路箱涵结构的影响研究

摘    要:依托武汉地铁3号线盾构隧道下穿合武线铁路工程,采用三维数值计算方法模拟盾构施工全过程,分析盾构掘进对铁路箱涵结构变形及地表沉降的影响规律。研究结果表明:盾构施工导致既有箱涵结构产生以沉降为主的附加变形,沉降最大值出现在结构底板处;盾构掘进过程中,地表变形呈先隆起后沉降的规律,盾构开挖面到达分析断面前后各1倍洞径距离范围内地表变形波动较大;箱涵变形值随隧道埋深的增大呈减小趋势,当埋深增加到一定程度后,轨面沉降仍大于限制值,需采取合理的地层加固措施,以减小施工对既有结构的影响。

Study on the Influence of Shield Tunnel Construction on the Existing Box Culvert Structure
Abstract:By means of three-dimensional numerical simulation, the construction process of shield tunnel underneath passing Hefei-Wuhan Railway of line 3 in Wuhan metro is simulated and the changing laws of structural deformation and surface settlement of the existing box culvert structure is analyzed. The research result shows that shield construction has lead to the additional deformation of the box culvert structure dominated by settlement, the maximum value appears in the bottom plate. The surface deformation follows a rule of uplift firstly and then surface settlement fluctuates greatly within the scope of the double diameter distance during shield excavation. The deformation value of box culvert decreases with the increase of tunnel depth. However, when the buried depth increases to a certain extent, the settlement of the rail surface is still greater than the limit value, and the reasonable strengthening measures should be taken to reduce the influence of the construction on the existing structure.
