祁连山地区冻融期间浅埋段隧道施工技术研究

摘    要:兰新铁路第二双线LXS-8标隧道位于祁连山地区,在冻融期间浅埋段施工过程中,隧道多次出现坍塌或大变形现象。为确保该地区隧道施工安全,完成施工生产任务,采取了修建隧道洞顶排水沟、优化开挖方法、缩短作业循环时间、加强监控量测等措施,使冻融期间浅埋段隧道易坍塌、变形现象得到控制,确保了冻融期间浅埋段隧道施工安全,按期完成了隧道施工任务。

Study on the Construction Technology of Shallow-buried Tunnel in Freeze Thawing Period of Qilian Mountain Area
Abstract:Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway the 2nd Double Line LXS-8 Section tunnel is located in Qilian Mountain Area which was collapsed and deformed for many times during the shallow-buried tunnel construction in freeze thawing period. In order to ensure the tunnel construction safety in this area and complete the construction and manufacturing task, the collapse and deformation of the tunnel was controlled through building tunnel roof drainage ditch, optimizing excavation method, shortening operation cycling time and strengthening monitoring measurement, etc., which ensured the construction safety of shallow-buried tunnel in freeze thawing period, and completed the construction task on schedule.
