摘    要:通过试验,研究了以水泥为基料外掺膨胀剂、粉煤灰、硅灰、减水剂等材料对压浆材料流动度和力学性能的影响,从压浆质量保障角度提出了压浆施工的一般流程。研究认为:压浆施工应紧密结合病害特征和施工条件,从压浆原材料角度出发调配设计具有针对性、适用性的高性能压浆材料。

Experimental Research on Application of High-performance Concrete Grouting Materials in Disease Control of the Roadbed
Abstract:The effects of materials such as expansion agent, fly ash, silica fume and water reducer on the fluidity and mechanical properties of grouting materials were studied in detail. The general flow of grouting construction was summarized from the perspective of grout quality assurance. According to the research, the grouting construction should be closely combined with the disease characteristics and the construction conditions of the conservation area. It can allocate and design high-performance grouting materials with pertinence and applicability from the perspective of grouting raw materials.
