摘    要:依托在建银吴客专某区段粉质黏土、粉土、松散砂土等松软土地基处理工程,研究螺杆桩在高速铁路路基地基处理中的施工工艺、承载及沉降特性。结果表明:在黄土地区粉质黏土、粉土、粉细砂地层中,可以形成螺杆桩螺纹段桩身,成桩质量良好;通过静载荷试验得螺杆桩复合地基具有较好的承载性能;路基填筑完成时地基沉降为18.05~24.54 mm,填筑完成6个月沉降增加值为1.37~2.06 mm,地基渐趋稳定;由此可知,地基沉降变形主要发生在填筑期间,表明采用的螺杆桩设计参数,能够有效控制该地区粉质黏土、粉土、松散砂土等松软土地基的沉降。

Study on Bearing and Settlement Characteristics of Half-screw Pile Composite Foundation for Yinchuan—Wuzhong PDL
Abstract:Based on the project of the treatment for soft foundation in silty clay, silty soil or loose sand in a section of Yinchuan-Wuzhong PDL under construction, the construction technology, bearing and settlement characteristics of half-screw piles in the foundation treatment for high-speed railway subgrade, were studied. The result shows that, in the silty clay, silty soil or silty fine sand layers of loess regions, the screw section of half-screw pile may be formed well; by static load test, the half-screw pile composite foundation is found to have relatively good bearing capacity; the subsidence of ground is 18.05~24.54 mm by the end of the subgrade filling, and has the increment of 0.55~1.95 mm three months after the completion of filling and the increment of 1.37~2.06 mm six months later, then the foundation begins to be stable, indicating that the foundation settlement deformation arises mainly in the course of filling, and the design parameters of half-screw pile used may control the settlement of soft foundation in silty clay, silty soil or loose sand in the area.
