摘    要:以海南某新建铁路为例,在分析铁路过渡段沉降超限因素的基础上,采用袖阀管注浆法进行过渡段沉降超限整治,并通过现场监测检验了注浆整治效果。结果表明:过渡段填料压实度不足是造成过渡段沉降超限的主要原因;注浆处理后,加固区中心钻孔取芯可见芯样多处明显被水泥包裹,分层动力触探锤击数显著增大,过渡段填料密实度得到有效提高;注浆加固后路基沉降速率迅速减小,并呈现较快的衰减趋势,沉降变形在20天左右基本得到有效控制。

Over-limit Settlement Treatment of Railway Subgrade Transition Section Based on Sleeve-Valve-Pipe Grouting Method
Abstract:Combined with a new railway project in Hainan, on the basis of fully analyzing the factors of over-limit settlement of the transition section, the sleeve-valve-pipe grouting method is used to carry out the over-limit settlement treatment of the transition section and the effect of treatment is checked by on-site monitoring. The results show that the insufficient compaction degree of the packing of the transition section is the main reason for the over-limit settlement of the transition section. After the grouting treatment, the core of the reinforcement area can be seen core samples are obviously wrapped with cement and the number of stratified dynamic touch hammers is significantly increased and the packing density of the transition section is improved remarkably. The subgrade settlement rate decreases rapidly after grouting reinforcement and presents a faster decay trend and the settlement deformation can be controlled effectively in about 20 days.
