摘    要:为研究酸性集料花岗岩作为沥青混合料用集料的应用潜力,制备添加抗剥落剂的沥青胶浆和基于花岗岩集料的沥青混合料。基于表面能理论和红外光谱试验(FTIR),分析沥青与酸性集料的黏附机理,探究沥青与抗剥落剂的化学组成。采用车辙因子、疲劳因子、残留稳定度、劈裂强度比等评价指标,研究抗剥落剂对沥青及混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:抗剥落剂能改善沥青的高温稳定性和中温抗疲劳性,提高沥青混合料的水稳定性,且抗剥落剂与沥青是物理共存反应;接触角试验的结果定量反映不同集料与沥青的黏附性差异;细集料类型对沥青混合料的水稳定性影响极大,选择石灰岩作为细集料有利于提高花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳定性。

Effect of Anti-stripping Agent on Properties of Asphalt and Granite Aggregate Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:To study the application potential of acid aggregate granite as aggregate for asphalt mixture, asphalt mortar with anti-stripping agent and asphalt mixture based on granite aggregate were prepared. Based on the surface energy theory and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), the adhesion mechanism between asphalt and acid aggregate was analyzed. The chemical composition of asphalt and anti-stripping agent was investigated. Indicators such as rutting factor, fatigue factor, residual stability, and splitting strength ratio were used. The effects of anti-stripping agents on the pavement performance of asphalt and its mixtures were studied. The results show that the anti-stripping agent can improve the high temperature stability, medium temperature fatigue resistance and water stability of asphalt materials. The anti-stripping agent and asphalt are physical coexistence reactions. The results of contact angle test quantitatively reflect the difference of adhesion between different aggregates and asphalt. The type of fine aggregate has a great influence on the water stability of asphalt mixture. Choosing limestone as the fine aggregate is beneficial to improve the water stability of granite asphalt mixture.
