盾构近距离穿越桥梁及河流的施工效应分析

摘    要:北京地铁#10线国—双区间盾构段穿越国贸桥群桩、通惠河、京秦铁路及双井北天桥。隧道与国贸桥桥桩最近距离只有1.78m,通惠河底与隧道拱顶距离仅10.00m,隧道周边情况及地质条件十分复杂。施工采取一系列技术措施控制地表沉降,并结合FLAC-3D建立有限元数值模型进行分析。结果表明,地表沉降和既有桩基桩顶沉降均小于允许值,施工得以安全有序地完成。

Construction Effect Analysis of Shield Passing through Bridges and Rivers in Short Distance

Abstract:Guomao-Shuangjin shield section in Beijing Metro Line No.10 passes through Guomao Bridge pile group,Tonghui River,Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway and North Shuangjin Crossover.The distance between the tunnel and Guomao Bridge pile is only 1.78m and that between tunnel vault and Tonghui River is only 10.00m,with very complex status and geological conditions around tunnel.A series of technical measurers are applied during construction to control surface settlement and finite element numerical model is established with FLAC-3D for analysis.It is shown that surface settlement and the existing pile foundation and pile tip settlement are within the permissible range,ensuring construction completed in a safe and orderly manner.
