高速公路边坡灾害评估与防控决策研究

摘    要:基于边坡工程的特点,结合高速公路边坡管养经验,从边坡易发性、边坡危险性、边坡易损性三个方面进行边坡灾害评估.根据边坡灾害的特点,筛选出与之相对应的灾害评估因子,通过因子叠加法、改进的层次分析法及专家咨询法建立灾害评估模型,得到边坡易发性指数、危险性指数、易损性指数及灾害评估指数.通过对福建、浙江、广东等省份的20多条高速公路、2000余处边坡的计算结果的统计、分析,将灾害评估指数划分成五个灾害区间,并提出与之相对应的灾害防控对策.

Study on Disaster Evaluation for Highway Slope and the Countermeasures of Control

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of slope engineering,slope disaster evaluation was conducted with the highway management and maintenance experiences and from three aspects of susceptibility,hazard and vulnerability,and then the evaluation factors corresponding to the slope disaster characteristics were filtered,with which by factor overlapping method,improved AHP and Delphi method a disaster evaluation model was established so as to obtain the indices regarding susceptibility,hazard,vulnerability and disaster evaluation.Then the paper,through statistics and analysis of results from calculation of more than 20 highways and 2 000 slopes in Fujian,Zhejiang and Guangdong,divided the disaster evaluation index into 5 disaster intervals and suggested the corresponded countermeasures of control.
