摘 要: | 为确定密级配沥青混合料Sasobit温拌剂的最佳掺量和击实温度对Sasobit温拌沥青混合料性能的影响,选用AC-13型沥青混合料,通过马歇尔配合比试验研究,确定出Sasobit的最佳掺量为3.0 %±0.5 %,击实温度为135℃±5℃。混合料的路用性能试验结果表明,掺加Sasobit温拌剂后,基质沥青混合料的高温性能有明显提高,低温性能和水稳定性能基本不变。

Abstract: | In order to determine the optimal dosage of Sasobit warm-mixed agent in dense graded asphalt mixture and the effect of compaction temperature on the performance of Sasobit warm mix asphalt, AC-13 type asphalt mixture was selected. Through the Marshall mix ratio test, the optimal dosage of Sasobit was determined to be 3.0 % ± 0. 5 %, and the compaction temperature 135 ℃ ± 5 ℃. The result of the pavement performance test for the mixture shows that, after addition of the Sasobit warm-mixed agent, the high temperature performance of basic asphalt mixture is improved obviously, while the low temperature performance and the water stability is substantially the same. |
