论软弱围岩隧道施工的对策措施

摘    要:软弱围岩强度低、自稳能力差,隧道开挖后由于地应力重新分布,使隧道周边产生较大的松动圈,若施工方法和工程支护措施不当,易发生初期支护变形侵限,甚至坍方等安全事故。根据隧道实际地质条件,在对掌子面采取有效预加固措施的情况下,实现大断面甚至全断面非爆破开挖,使用先进专业设备,能够有效克服目前隧道软弱围岩施工中存在的问题,提升隧道施工技术水平。

On Countermeasures for Construction of Soft Rock Tunnel

Abstract:Soft surrounding rock has low strength and poor stability, thus after excavation, large loose ring surrounding the tunnel may be caused due to re-distribution of ground stress. At this time, if the construction method and supporting measure are improper, the early support deformation invading limit, even collapse, may arise easily. According to the actual geological conditions of the tunnel, large cross-section, even full- face no-blasting excavation was carried out where effective reinforcement was adopted against the working face and, with advanced special equipments, the issues existed in the construction of soft rock surrounding the tunnel could be overcome effectively. Therefore, the level of construction technology for tunnel is improved.
