摘    要:介绍一种以视频监控技术和图像处理识别技术为基础的转辙机缺口实时监测系统的原理与方法,实现缺口位置状态数据存储、显示并发出声光报警.对采集的图像压缩编码后,通过电力载波扩频通信和ADSL传输技术将数据传送到监控室.通过摄像机标定校正镜头畸变,对实时捕获的一帧图像使用高斯滤波、阈值分割、形态学凸壳、亚像素精度轮廓等算法提取缺口边缘特征,从而得出缺口位置大小,实现转辙机缺口状态的实时在线监测.

Abstract:This thesis introduced the principle of the Switch Machine Gap Monitoring System based on the video monitoring and image processing technology. The System was developed by the method to achieve the function of storing and displaying gap data, and also giving an alarm if emergency happened. After being compressed, the digital video signals were transmitted to the monitoring room with the technology of power line and ADSL communication. The lens distortion was corrected after the camera was calibrated. To extract the gap edge, the image was processed with these algorithm including guassian filter, threshold segmentation, morphological convex hull, sub-pixel precision contours. According to the gap size, the real time state of switch machine gap was monitored on-line.
