箱梁腹板倾角对主梁刚度和受力影响计算分析

摘    要:针对铁路矮塔斜拉桥中采用的单箱双室箱梁,改变其腹板倾角,利用大型有限元分析程序MIDAS建立了三个空间梁单元计算模型;计算比较不同腹板倾角箱梁的活载挠度和应力以及体系温度作用下的应力,归纳出不同腹板倾角的箱梁在活载和体系温度作用下的主梁刚度和受力的影响。通过对以上两种荷载下计算结果的分析,得出108.48°倾角箱梁在刚度和受力方面相对较优,建议采用。

Calculation Analysis on Influence of Box Girder Web Inclination on Girder Rigidity and Stress

Abstract:For single box double room box girder adopted in railway low tower cable-stayed bridge,through changing inclination of webs,three space beam element calculation models are established using large-scale finite element analysis procedure MIDAS.Live load deflection and stress of box girder with different web inclinations and the stress under the effect of system temperature are compared.The influence of main girder rigidity and stress of box girder with different web inclinations under live load and system temperature is summarized.Through analysis of the calculation results under the above two loads,it is obtained that the box girder with web inclination of 108.48° is relatively better in rigidity and stress.It is recommended to adopt it.
