摘    要:结合朔黄重载铁路某一路基沉降病害段的现场调查,并通过室内外试验分析表明:病害段路基所用填料为砂黏土,水稳性很差,不适宜作为重载铁路路基填料;路基填土压实度偏小,压实标准(地基系数K30)低于80 MPa,不满足要求。路基产生过大沉降的原因主要有线路运营量上升,填料本身材质不适宜作为路基填料,另外施工质量也是导致路基病害的主要因素。同时,提出在路基沉降变形控制要求高的线路,填料的水稳性在设计与施工中应予以考虑。

Experimental Study on Subgrade Fill in the Section with Disease along Shuohuang Heavy-haul Railway
Abstract:Depending on the field investigation in a section subject to subgrade settlement along Shuohuang Heavy-haul Railway,this paper shows by indoor and outdoor experiments that sandy clay,as the filler for the subgrade with such disease,has poor water stability and is not applicable to subgrade filler for heavy haul railway the subgrade fill has relatively small degree of compaction,and the compaction standard(ground coefficient K30)is less than 80 MPa,not meeting the requirement.Why the subgrade is subject to excessive settlement comes from increased operating capacity of the railway and improper filler due to its own properties,moerover,the construction quality is also the main factor leading to the subgrade disease.At the same time,it is suggested that,for the line under strict requirement of subgrade settlement control,the water stability of filler should be taken into consideration in the design and construction.
