南昌富水砂层渣土改良技术研究

摘    要:以南昌地铁4号线3标段富水砂层为研究对象,对渣土改良试验进行分析,通过坍落度试验评价渣土改良效果;研究不同泡沫、膨润土泥浆及高分子聚合物注入率对改良后渣土流塑性影响,并确定不同改良剂最优掺量区间,提出富水砂层渣土改良技术方案,解决在盾构开挖掘进时容易造成螺旋机喷涌、掌子面压力不稳定以及刀具磨损等问题

Research on the Muck Improvement Technology of Nanchang Water-rich Sand Layer
Abstract:Taking the muck in water-rich sand layer in the third section of Nanchang Metro Line 4 as the research object, the muck improvement test was analyzed, and the improvement effect of the muck through the slump test was evaluated. The influence on the flow plasticity of the improved muck of different foam, bentonite slurry and high-molecular polymer injection ratios was studied. The optimal dosage interval of different modifiers and proposes technical solutions for the improvement of muck in water-rich sand layer was determined. The problems of spiral machine gushing, unstable pressure on the tunnel face and tool wear were solved when the shield is excavated.
