潮汐滩涂淤泥质路段CFG桩成桩质量分析

摘    要:基于福建省某滨海大道潮汐淤泥质海域滩涂路段CFG桩地基加固现场检测结果,探讨CFG桩在潮汐淤泥质地基中成桩困难的原因,提出了有针对性的改进对策;经二次试桩验证对策的有效性,以提高潮汐淤泥质海域滩涂路段CFG桩一次性成桩合格率。研究结果表明:潮汐涨落会对其产生反复挤压、卸载作用,促进渗流使饱和土液化流动;振动沉管过程中,对淤泥层的挤压力进一步增加其土压力;桩身混凝土在凝结阶段即受到周边淤泥较大挤压渗流作用而发生破坏。采用改变打桩顺序、长螺旋及振动沉管配合、沉管结合布袋等施工对策,能极大提升CFG桩一次性成桩合格率。

Analysis of Pile-forming Quality for CFG Pile in Tidal Beach Muddy Section
Abstract:Based on the field test results of CFG pile foundation reinforcement in the tidal muddy sea beach section of a coastal road in Fujian Province, the reasons for the difficulty of CFG pile-forming in tidal muddy soil foundation were discussed, targeted improvement measures were put forward, and the effectiveness of the countermeasures were verified by the second pile test to improve the qualified rate of one-time pile-forming of CFG pile in tidal muddy sea beach section. The results show that the tidal fluctuation will produce repeated pressure and unloading effect on it, and promote the seepage to make saturated soil liquefied. In the process of vibration sinking, the squeezing pressure on the silt layer further increases the earth pressure on the silt layer. In the setting stage, the pile concrete is damaged by the large extrusion seepage of surrounding silt. By changing the pile driving sequence, long spiral and vibration pipe-sinking coordination, sinking pipe bag and other construction countermeasures, the qualified rate of one-time pile-forming of CFG pile can be greatly improved.
