摘    要:基于连云港灌云试验段现场试验和长期监测,分别对复合地基孔隙水压力、深层水平位移、桩土荷载分担及路基沉降进行分析,研究低扰动新型双向搅拌粉喷桩复合地基承载特性。结果表明:新型双向搅拌桩施工扰动影响范围为4~5倍桩径距离,且桩体0.5 m范围内土体强度先减弱后增强;智能化参数控制施工可显著提高桩身强度,桩土应力比可达3.0~4.0;该区域1.2 m桩间距布置在稳定性控制和经济性上具有较大优势。

Study on Bearing Characteristics of Composite Foundation of New Low-disturbance Bidirectional Mixing DJM Pile
Abstract:Based on field tests and long-term surveillance at Guanyun test section in Lianyungang, the pore water pressure, deep horizontal displacement, pile-soil load sharing and subgrade settlement of the composite foundation were analyzed respectively. The bearing characteristics of composite foundation of new low-disturbance bidirectional mixing DJM pile were studied,The results show that the construction disturbance range of the new bidirectional mixing DJM pile is 4 ~ 5 times of the pile diameter, and the soil strength in the range of 0.5 m from the pile body is weakened at first and then strengthened; the construction with intelligent parameter control can significantly improve the pile strength and the pile-soil stress ratio can reach 3.0~ 4.0; the arrangement of 1.2 m pile spacing in this area has great advantages in stability control and economy.
