On Compaction and Quality Control Technology of Carbonaceous Shale Filled Subgrade |

| Abstract: | Taking the carbonaceous shales along Mojiang—Lincang highway in Yunnan as the research object, the compaction technology and quality control methods of carbonaceous shale filling subgrade are studied through the test section on the basis of mastering its road performance. The results show that the carbonaceous shale slag has good compaction characteristics, which is suitable to be compacted by a large tonnage roller with low frequency and weak vibration. The regularity of the compaction quality of the carbonaceous shale packing detected by sedimentation method is good. The compaction process and key control parameters of carbonaceous shale filled embankment under different virtual layer thickness have been determined, and the compaction quality control methods of carbonaceous shale filled embankment based on differential settlement method has been put forward.
