盾构到达接收辅助装置的使用分析

摘    要:通过分析钢套筒在广州和佛山2个工地辅助接收盾构机的使用情况,总结出其适用性广、出洞安全、可以循环使用和占地面积小等优点;同时分析了其在使用上存在的工期长、费用高、密封性能差以及出洞操作麻烦等缺点;另外也探讨了钢套筒在土压平衡式盾构机上的适用性。最后指出钢套筒作为一种新工法,只要做好周密的计划,充分考虑各种可能存在的问题,就可以发挥其免端头加固的作用,从而顺利完成接收盾构机的任务。

Abstract:Steel sleeves have been applied in shield arrivals in job sites in Guangzhou and Fuoshan. Analysis is made on the advantages (including wide application scope, safe shield arrival, recycling of steel sleeves and small land occupation area) and disadvantages (including long construction period, high cost, poor tightness and complex shield arrival operations) of the application of steel sleeves in shield arrivals. The applicability of the steel sleeves in EPB shield arrivals is discussed. It is concluded that successful shield arrivals can be achieved by using steel sleeves, instead of ground reinforcement, provided that proper execution plan is prepared and various factors are taken into account.
