考虑密封条动态压缩效应的车门动态关闭疲劳仿真与试验研究

摘    要:为提升车门动态关闭疲劳损伤计算精度,基于 Abaqus仿真不同压缩速率下密封条压缩载荷-压缩量曲线,通过最小二乘法拟合得到密封条动态压缩曲线非线性函数关键参数;在车门动态关闭瞬态响应分析模型中运用密封条动态压缩载荷-变形函数;设计车门开闭耐久试验对标验证锁点力值和损伤。研究结果表明,应用密封条动态压缩载荷函数曲线仿真的锁扣载荷瞬态响应与试验测试力值偏差小且变化趋势基本一致,车门动态关闭疲劳仿真预测结果与耐久试验高度吻合。密封条动态压缩阻尼效应对提升车门关闭耐久仿真精度有重要意义。

Fatigue Simulation and Experimental Study of Door Dynamic Closing Considering Dynamic Compression Effect of Sealing Strip

Abstract:To improve the accuracy of fatigue damage calculations during the dynamic closing of automotive doors, the paper first simulated the compression force versus deflection curve of the sealing strip under different compression rates using Abaqus. The key parameters of the sealing strip''s dynamic compression nonlinear function were calculated by using the least square method. And then the dynamic compression force-deflection function of the sealing strip was integrated into the transient response analysis model for door dynamic closing. Finally, a door opening and closing durability test was carried out to validate the latch force and fatigue life. Research results indicate that the latch force transient response, simulated using the dynamic compression force-deformation function, exhibits minor deviations from the test values, and the overall trends are largely consistent.Additionally, the predicted fatigue results for dynamic door closing are highly consistent with the endurance tests. The dynamic compression damping effect of the sealing strip is of great importance in improving the accuracy of the car door closing durability simulation.
