摘    要:为评价风屏障的防风效果,针对铁路桥梁设置不同高度的风屏障,通过风洞试验测试了单车以及双车交会时的气动力系数.在此基础上,提出用单车的气动力系数衡量车辆风荷载突变效应,以不同轨道位置车辆的风荷载突变量作为评价指标,并采用DEA(数据包络分析)方法评价风屏障的防风效果.研究结果表明:用DEA方法评价铁路桥梁风屏障的防风效果是可行的;当风屏障高度为1.72 m时,防风效果较好.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the wind shielding effect of wind barrier for railway bridges,aerodynamic coefficients of a train and two trains passing each other on a railway bridge installed wind barrier with different heights were measured by wind tunnel tests.On the basis of the test results,it was put forward that the aerodynamic coefficients of a train can be used to assess the effect of sudden change of vehicle wind load,and the magnitudes of sudden change of vehicle wind load at different tracks can be considered as the evaluation index.Moreover,the DEA(data envelopment analysis) method was adopted to evaluate the wind shielding effect of wind barrier.The research result shows that the DEA method is feasible to evaluate the wind shielding effect of wind barrier for railway bridges,and the preferable height of wind barrier is 1.72 m.
