冷再生旧沥青路面材料评价及乳化沥青用量研究

摘    要:在介绍乳化沥青冷再生技术的基础上,依托昌九高速公路技术改造项目对回收旧沥青路面材料(RAP)进行试验研究,分析评价RAP料级配组成状况和力学性能;采用三种不同的乳化沥青用量进行冷再生配合比试验分析,结果表明,合理的乳化沥青用量为3.5%,为再生混合料配合比设计提供参考。

Abstract:Based on introducing emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology,taking Nanchang-Jiujiang Expressway transformation project for an example,the recycled asphalt pavement material(RAP) is studied through test.The gradation composition and mechanical property of RAP is analyzed and evaluated.Three kinds of emulsified asphalt with different proportions are used to analyze cold recycling mixing proportion.The result shows that reasonable proportion of emulsified asphalt is obtained at 3.5%,which provides refere...
