智能车站无障碍服务体系研究

摘    要:随着铁路运营里程的不断增加,我国铁路建设的技术已达世界领先水平,而我国铁路旅客服务方面,特别是人文关怀方面与发达国家相比还有较大的差距。文章对国内外无障碍服务现状及我国铁路行业无障碍服务发展现状进行了分析。在此基础上,构建了无障碍服务体系框架,建立了无障碍智能化服务框架,提出了智能铁路无障碍服务系统,并详细介绍相关智能服务设备。进一步基于Python语言,在Django2.0.2环境下开发了铁路旅客无障碍服务系统,满足各种旅客的全行程服务需求,保障旅客的安全便捷出行。

Barrier free service system in intelligent stations

Abstract:With the continuous increase of railway operating mileage in China, the railway construction technology has reached the world's leading level. But comparing with the developed countries in the aspect of the passenger service, especially the humanistic care, there is still a big gap. This paper analyzed the present situation of barrier free service in China and abroad, and the barrier free service in China railway service, based on this, built a framework for the barrier free service system, put forward an intelligent railway barrier free service system, introduced the related intelligent devices in detail, furthermore, developed a railway passengers barrier free service system based on the Python language and under the Django 2.0.2 environment. This system could meet the full requirements of various passengers, and guarantee the safe travel and convenient travel for passengers.
