基于灰色关联分析法的道路透水混凝土宏观性能影响因素研究

摘    要:为了探究影响道路透水混凝土宏观性能的主要因素,选用目标孔隙率、水胶比、集料级配以及粉煤灰掺量作为因素,设计了四因素三水平的正交试验方案,采用灰色关联分析法对试验结果进行分析,得到影响道路透水混凝土强度及透水性的主要影响因素,并进行试验数据的回归分析。结果表明:水胶比和目标孔隙率是影响透水混凝土宏观性能的最主要因素,随着透水混凝土水灰比的增大,透水混凝土强度先增大后降低、透水系数不断降低;透水混凝土目标孔隙越大,透水系数、强度越低;透水混凝土的透水系数与目标孔隙率、水胶比之间存在较好的线性关系,线性相关系数达到0.989。

Study on the Influencing Factors of Macroscopic Performance of Road Permeable Concrete Based on Grey Relational Analysis Method
Abstract:In order to study the major factors affecting the macroscopic performance of road permeable concrete, the target porosity, water-binder ratio, aggregate grading and fly ash content were selected to design the orthogonal test scheme of "four factors and three levels". The test results were analyzed by the grey relational analysis method to determine the dominant factors influencing the strength and water permeability of the road permeable concrete and carry out regression analysis of experimental data. The results show that water-binder ratio and target porosity are the most important factors affecting the macroscopic performance of permeable concrete. With the increase of water-cement ratio, the strength of permeable concrete increases first and then decreases, whereas the permeation coefficient decrease significantly. With the increase of target porosity, both the strength and permeation coefficient decrease constantly; the permeability coefficient of permeable concrete has a good linear relationship with the target porosity and water-binder ratio and the linear correlation coefficient reaches 0.989.
