基于TOPSIS模型城市常规公共交通适应性评价

摘    要:为合理分析城市常规公共交通适应性,在挖掘适应性含义的基础上,分析城市常规公共交通适应性的内涵和具体表现,提出城市常规公共交通适应性具体表现在公交线网结构及规模、公交旅客运输能力、公交服务水平以及与社会经济发展相适应四方面,基于此构建了城市常规公共交通适应性评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定了各个指标的权重.通过引入TOPSIS模型,建立了基于TOP-SIS模型的城市常规公共交通适应性评价方法.以西安、咸阳和宝鸡3个城市公共交通发展为例,采用所提模型对3个城市常规公共交通适应性进行分析.结果表明,西安市公共交通适应度值为0.62,为基本适应.

Evaluation of Adaptability of Urban Public Transit Based on TOPSIS Model

Abstract:In order to evaluate the adaptability of urban public transit (AOPS) reasonably, the content and specific performance of adaptability of urban public transit were analyzed based on the means of adaptive. This paper proposed the performance measures of adaptability of urban public transit, including four aspects of urban public transit network structure and size, capacity of urban public transit, service level of urban public transit, and adaptability to social and economic development. An evaluation system was established based on the above work. Each of the evaluation indexes in the evaluation system was decided by AHP method. By introducing TOPSIS Model, an evaluation method of AOPS was developed based on the model. Finally, the development of public transit systems in three cities (Xi'an, Xianyang, Baoji) was taken as the study cases, and the proposed method was applied to the evaluation of the AOPS. The result shows that the AOPS of Xi'an City is 0.62 (basic adaptation), while the AOPS of Xianyang City and Baoji City is 0.50 and 0.47 (less adaptation) respectively.
