摘    要:为探究砂卵石地层盾构近接侧穿既有高架桥桩基时相关施工控制技术的适应性,基于成都地铁的地层特征、二环路运营桥梁结构性能及周边环境,针对性地采用“主动加固”与“被动加固”相结合的加固控制技术:桥梁钢管隔离桩、袖阀管注浆加固和盾构洞内注浆加固。结合现场监测分析,实践证明:盾构侧穿高架桩基时双洞之间的桩基础位置为高风险区域,局部施工保护方案有效地阻隔隧道-围岩-桩基-地表的变形传递;地表沉降,墩台沉降以及盾构拱顶沉降在采取了加固措施之后,均满足安全控制值要求。

Construction Control Technology of Pile Foundation of Shield Side Passing Existing Bridge in Sandy Pebble Stratum
Abstract:In order to explore the adaptability of related construction control technologies when the shield tunnel in sandy pebble stratum passes through the existing viaduct pile foundation, based on the stratum characteristics of the Chengdu Metro, the structural performance of the operating bridge on second ring road, and the surrounding environment, the reinforcement control technology combining "active reinforcement" and "passive reinforcement" was used, including bridge steel pipe isolation pile control technology, sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement control technology and shield tunnel grouting reinforcement control technology, combined with on-site monitoring and analysis, the following conclusions were obtained: The position of the pile foundation between the two holes when the shield side passes through the elevated pile foundation is a high-risk area. The local construction protection scheme effectively blocks the deformation transmission of the tunnel-surrounding rock-pile foundation-surface. Surface settlement, pier settlement and shield vault settlement all meet the requirements of the safety control value after the reinforcement measures are taken.
