地铁盾构施工穿越既有铁路预加固施工技术研究

摘    要:依托江浙地区某地铁隧道盾构施工工程,采用数值模拟的方法,对大板保护和板桩结构保护两种方案下加固效果进行了对比分析。结果显示:采用板桩结构加固保护下的沉降量(4.0 mm)明显小于大板加固保护方案的最终沉降量(11.4 mm),且板与普通路基交界处的沉降差异也明显低于后者,对铁路正常运营影响较小;提出“板桩隔离+分区注浆”预加固方案对地基和路基进行保护施工,双线隧道穿越施工均完成后,承载板的最大累计沉降值仅为6.6 mm。

Technical Research on Pre-reinforcement Construction of Metro Shield Construction Passing through Existing Railway
Abstract:Based on the engineering of the shield construction of a metro tunnel in Jingsu and Zhejiang area, the reinforcement effect of large plate protection and sheet pile structure protection has been compared and analyzed by means of numerical simulation. The results show that the settlement (4.0 mm) under the protection of sheet pile structure is significantly smaller than that under the protection of large plate reinforcement (11.4 mm) and the differential settlement between the slab and the common subgrade are also significantly lower than the latter, which has little impact on the normal operation of the railway. The"sheet pile structure+zone grouting"pre-reinforcement method has been proposed to protect the foundation and subgrade. After the completion of the double-track tunnel crossing construction, the maximum cumulative settlement of the bearing plate is only 6.6 mm.
