泥浆护壁型钻孔灌注桩沉渣厚度试验研究

摘    要:通过模拟试验对沉渣特性及厚度影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:终孔时桩孔碎石泥浆重度随深度呈三级阶梯式增大;一定范围内,混凝土拌合料重度越大、出导管口时随机断裂形成混凝土料团体积越大、出导管口速度越大,初灌后沉渣厚度越小;随着导管下口距孔底距离增加,沉渣厚度增大,沉渣上界面形态由漏斗状向似平面过渡。

Experimental Study on Sediment Thickness of Bored Pile in Slurry Wall
Abstract:By simulation tests, they were carried out to study the characteristics of sediment and the factors influencing the thickness. The results show that when drill-hole finished, the gravity of crushed stone and slurry in the hole increases in three steps with the depth; within a certain range, the heavier the concrete mix is, the larger the volume of concrete mass fractured randomly when going out of the conduit, the greater the speed at the outlet, and the smaller the sediment thickness after initial grouting; as the distance between the lower outlet of conduit and the hole bottom increases, the sediment thickness increases, during which the form of the upper interface of sediment transits from funnel to quasi-plane.
