摘    要:依托连霍高速(G30)吐鲁番至小草湖段公路建设项目路面工程,通过室内试验、工程验证等手段,对吐鲁番地区水稳砂砾基层配合比和施工技术进行研究,针对全厚一次摊铺的水稳砂砾基层,设计了特制水稳砂砾基层配合比,提出了重型双钢轮与重型胶轮组合的“半遍碾压”工艺,并研制一种薄膜覆盖机具及提出了“封闭固定”养生法。工程实践表明:特制配合比和关键技术成果在吐鲁番地区应用,解决了特高温大风干旱气候环境下水稳砂砾基层施工技术难题,提高了基层施工质量。

Mix Design and Key Construction Technology of Cement Stabilized Gravel Base in Turpan Area
Abstract:Based on the pavement engeering of the Turpan—Xiaocaohu section of the G30 Lianhuo (Lianyungang—Huoerguosi) highway, the construction technology and mix design of cement stabilized gravel base in the Turpan area has been studied by means of indoor test and engineering verification. A specific mix of cement stabilized gravel base has been designed, the half pass rolling combined process of a double steel wheel and heavy rubber wheel has been proposed for the paving with full thickness of cement treated base, a film covering machine has been developed and the method of sealing and fixing curing has been put forward. The engineering practice shows that the special mix and key technical achievements are applicable in Turpan area. The construction technical problem of the cement stabilized gravel base in the regions under high temperature, gale drought climate environment has been solved and the base construction quality has been improved,
