摘 要: | 依托深圳市听海大道某地下基坑工程,通过三维数值模拟计算,研究了基坑采用高压旋喷桩加固软土地层方案、抗拔桩+抗浮板支护体系方案对超近接曲线隧道的变形控制效果及隧道转向造成的非对称力学演变规律。结果表明:抗拔桩+抗浮板支护体系对隧道及坑底上浮、水平位移的约束作用明显,竖向上浮量相比加固地层方案降低64.2 %;受地铁隧道转向及抗浮体系的非对称布置影响,抗浮板拉应力上升,隧道水平位移呈现左右连续摇摆平移的特征。

Application Analysis of Uplift Pile+Anti-floating Plate Reinforcement System in Foundation Pit Excavation of Upper Span Shield Tunnel |

Abstract: | Based on an underground foundation pit project in Tinghai Avenue, Shenzhen, through three-dimensional numerical simulation calculation, the scheme of high pressure jet grouting pile to reinforce the soft soil layer and the deformation control effect to ultra-close curve tunnel and the asymmetric mechanical evolution law caused by tunnel turning have been studied. The results show that the supporting system of uplift pile + anti-floating plate has obvious restraining effect on the floating and horizontal displacement of tunnel and pit bottom, and the vertical floating amount is reduced by 64.2 % compared with the scheme of strengthening stratum. Under the influence of subway tunnel steering and the asymmetric arrangement of anti-floating system, the tensile stress of anti-floating plate increases, and the horizontal displacement of the tunnel shows the character of continuous swing translation. |
