摘    要:采用重型击实成型和振动压实成型两种方式,分析水泥稳定碎石基层铣刨料的物理特性和路用性能,并与现场施工效果进行对比。研究表明:振动压实成型方式下再生混合料路用性能有较大幅度的提高,7天无侧限抗压强度显著高于重型击实成型方式,二者强度比随着水泥用量的增加而提高。结合取芯芯样试件内部集料排布和空隙率状况,振动压实成型方式与实际工况更为契合,表明该成型方式能更有效地模拟现场施工工艺。

Study on the Characteristics of Water-stabilized Macadam Cold Regeneration Base Based on Different Indoor Molding Methods
Abstract:The physical properties and road performance of cement stabilized macadam base milling were analyzed by using two methods: heavy compaction and vibration compaction, and the effect of field construction was compared. The result shows that the road performance of the recycled mixture improved greatly under the vibration compaction method, and the 7d unconfined compressive strength of the recycled mixture after vibration compaction was significantly higher than that of the heavy compaction method, and the strength ratio of the two was higher and higher with the increase of cement dosage. Combined with the internal aggregate arrangement and void ratio of the core sample, the vibration compaction molding method is more consistent with the actual working condition, indicating that the molding method can more effectively simulate the field construction technology.
