水泥稳定钢渣碎石基层材料路用性能研究

摘    要:通过室内浸水膨胀率试验、CBR试验及无侧限抗压强度试验,设计了60 %钢渣掺量的水泥稳定钢渣碎石材料配合比,对比研究了水泥稳定钢渣碎石与水泥稳定碎石路用性能。结果表明:粗型C级配钢渣碎石材料承载力和体积稳定性最好,4 %水泥掺量的稳定钢渣碎石抗压强度满足基层强度设计要求;水泥稳定钢渣碎石养生前期力学强度增长速率大于后期强度增长速率,室内标准养生试件抗压强度较现场养生试件强度提高了17 %,16 %;干缩观测时间≥28天,水泥稳定钢渣碎石干缩性基本消失;冲刷时间>60分钟,水泥稳定钢渣碎石累计冲刷量曲线减缓,质量损失显著减小。

Research on Road Performance of Cement Stabilized Steel Slag Crushed Stone Base Material
Abstract:Through indoor water swell rate test, CBR test and unconfined compressive strength test, 60 % mix ratio of cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone has been designed to compare its road performance with cement stabilized crushed stone base in this paper. The result shows: that rough C grade steel slag crushed stone material has the best bearing capacity and volume stability and the compressive strength of cement-stabilized steel slag crushed stone with 4 % cement content meets the design requirements of base strength. That the mechanical strength growth rate of cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone is greater in the early stage than the later stage of preservation. The compressive strength of the indoor standard preserved test-piece is increased by 16 %~17 % compared with the on-site preserved test-piece. After a dry shrinkage observation time ≥ 28d, the dry shrinkage of the cement stabilized steel slag stone basically disappears; After a 60min longer erosion time, the cumulative erosion curve of cement stabilized steel slag stone slows down with significantly reduction on quality loss.
