双目视觉技术在城市道路路面裂缝检测中的应用

摘    要:针对传统城市道路路面裂缝检测效率低下、成本过高等问题,提出了一套基于双目视觉与数字化图像处理的自动化检测方法。用一对CCD工业相机同时采集道路表面裂缝,再对图像进行数字二值化处理以提取裂缝特征点,根据双目视觉理论计算特征点的坐标,由此计算路面裂缝的最大宽度和最大长度,从而实现对城市道路路面裂缝的快速自动化测量。计算结果表明:被测路面裂缝的最大宽度与最大长度测量误差分别控制在10%和1%以内,符合相关技术标准要求,且检测耗时大为缩短。

Application of Binocular Ranging Technique in Pavement Crack Detection for Urban Road
Abstract:In view of low efficiency and excessive cost of traditional urban road surface crack detection, the paper proposed an automatic detection method based on binocular ranging and digital image processing. It gathered road surface cracks by a pair of simultaneous CCD industrial camera, and made binary digitalization image processing to pick up the characteristic points of crack; then according to the coordinates of the characteristic points calculated by binocular ranging theory, computed the maximum width and length of the crack, thus realized fast automatic survey of pavement crack on urban road. The calculation result shows that the maximum width and length of the crack on the road surface to be detected have the measurement error controlled to be not more than 10% and 1%, respectively, so it is in line with the related standard and takes the detection time shortened greatly.
