现代有轨电车无枕式混凝土整体道床及沥青路面铺装施工关键技术研究

摘    要:苏州高新区有轨电车1号线轨道工程,正线全部采用无枕式混凝土整体道床,共享路权和路口平交段轨道全部埋入地下并铺设沥青路面。全线采用无枕式整体道床在国内城市轨道领域尚属首次,其设计标准高,对轨道几何形态控制提出了较高要求。结合苏州现代有轨电车无枕式整体道床和埋入式轨道沥青路面铺装,分析了施工特点和难点,并研究其施工的关键技术,实践结果,较好地完成了施工任务。

Study on Key Construction Technology for Sleeperless Concrete Monolithic Track Bed of Modern Tram and Asphalt Pavement
Abstract:The rail transit engineering of Suzhou Tram Line 1 in the Hi-tech Zone had its main track in sleeperless concrete monolithic roadbed with all the sections of sharing road rights and level crossing buried under ground with asphalt pavement. It was the first time to use sleeperless monolithic roadbed along the whole line in the field of urban rail transit in the country, wherein the design standard was strict and the control of track geometry was required strictly. In relation to the sleeperless monolithic track bed for modern tram in Suzhou and the asphalt pavement for the buried track thereof, the features and difficulties in the construction were analyzed, and the key technology thereof and the practice results studied, thus the construction mission was completed well.
