| 摘 要： | 为了提升上海铁路局特种运输调度指挥的效率与智能化，概述了铁路特种运输调度指挥管理系统的设计、开发、实施过程，确定系统的B/S总体结构、功能划分以及采用的JSF、Flotr2等关键技术，最后对效益进行了分析。运用本系统，可使铁路特种运输调度指挥工作变得简单而高效。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency and intelligence of special goods transportation of railway administration, this article summarized the process about designing, developing and applying for dispatching management system, introduced the B/S overall architecture, the functions, Flotr2 and other key technologies used, analyzed the application benefit. By using this system, the special goods transportation dispatching of the railway administration became simple and efficient. |
